These notes are narrated with a monotone voiceover as young white actors reenact the incident between Chris Brown and Rihanna. DoSomething.org CEO Nancy Lublin said that these choices were intentional: "We didn’t want to be overdramatic. Our goal was not to shoot a Lifetime TV movie. There was no need to sensationalize things. It was bad enough."
