Elegantly Designed Hotel Restaurants

Doot Doot Doot is Melbourne's Exciting New Restaurant

Doot Doot Doot is the newest restaurant in Melbourne's inventive dining scene. Built in the entrance of the Jackalope hotel, in the Mornington Peninsula, this restaurant was elegantly designed by local design firm Carr.

With a 10,000 globe chandelier right in the center of the restaurant, the design team aimed to create a one of a kind dining experience that is not exclusive to hotel guests. The color scheme features dark black, stark white and gold accents, using contrast as much as possible.

The menu was created by Guy Stanaway, and changes seasonally and only uses locally sourced products. With a choice between either a four or eight course tasting menu, anyone who visits the Doot Doot Doot restaurant can take in the unique design features while tasting the entire menu.
