Two New Direct-to-Consumer Online Stores Have Been Launched by PepsiCo

PepsiCo has announced two new direct-to-consumer online stores that will help to deliver essentials to consumers who need a bit of help keeping their pantry stock in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. The new stores include Snacks.com and PantryShop.com, which were developed by the brand's in-house eCommerce team in under 30 days. The stores will offer consumers a place to get the products they need without having to visit a grocery store to continue complying with stay-at-home orders in their respective states.

Senior Vice-President & Head of eCommerce at PepsiCo Gibu Thomas spoke on the new direct-to-consumer online stores saying, "Over the last few years, PepsiCo has been working to be a faster, stronger, better company, one that is laser focused on meeting consumer needs and winning in the marketplace. Investing in ecommerce and digital capabilities and talent has been – and will continue to be – a big part of that effort. In these uncertain times, as more and more consumers are using ecommerce channels to purchase food and beverage products, PantryShop.com and Snacks.com offer shoppers another alternative for easy and fast access to products they love."
