Upcycled Charity Denim

Recreated Designer Jeans to Support Oceana

Upscale designers including Alexander Wang, Ann Demeulemeester, Bottega Veneta, Derek Lam, Rodarte, Rogan, Stella McCartney, and Versace grouped together on a project to create one-of-a-kind fashions from pre-loved denim.

The recreated pieces, which are currently being displayed at Barneys New York’s Madison Avenue windows, will be up for bid on eBay with 100% of the proceeds going to Oceana’s efforts to protect marine habitats.

The high fashion denim designer creations can also be found in Elle Magazine’s May 09 Earth Day themed issue.
