Popping iPhone Alarms

The Day Maker is a Toasty Design to Wake Up To

The Day Maker by Michael Kritzer of Simple Artifact is the most interesting concept I've seen for alarm clocks.

It integrates the use of iPhone's alarm app, making your mornings more poppin' -- literally. Insert your iPhone into the Day Maker and push down, just like you would with bread and a toaster. When it's time to rise and shine, the alarm will sound and your mobile phone will pop up at the same time. This innovative design was obviously inspired by yummy morning breakfasts and I applaud the creativity.

If you need to sleep in just a little bit more, hit the snooze button by pressing down on the popped phone and catch some Z's as it charges in its cradle.
