Soccer Star Scotches

The Spirit Company 'Haig Club' Announces a David Beckham Whisky

There has been David Beckham underwear, David Beckham cologne, and now, David Beckham whisky. With age, the soccer star has pursued more of a modelling career than a soccer one. He has become the face of numerous brands and has been a part of many collaborations, but this most recent gig has to do with fine liquors.

Beckham has become the face of a new Scottish whisky. He is partnering with British entrepreneur Simon Fuller (American Idol franchise creator) in promoting Haig Club Single Grain Scotch Whisky from the House of Haig. The brand has an incredible 400 year heritage and has a unique craft process; it combines grain whisky from three cask types and is said to taste like English toffee.
