From DJs to Designer Toys

Daft Punk's Newest Vinyl

Electronic music group Daft Punk has provided the thumping beats behind some of the best parties worldwide since the 1990s, but their latest vinyl iteration has nothing to do with music. These 400% Be@rbrick 12" toys depict the duo in bear form, complete with Daft Punk logo tracksuits.

This is the first time Daft Punk has been honored with a toy modeled after them. Be@rbricks have covered hundreds of pop culture icons, however, from Sweeney Todd to the ‘Yellow Submarine’-era Beatles, Star Wars and DMC. The Daft Punk Be@rbrick toys will be available in early 2009.

Most recently, Kanye West used a Daft Punk sample for his single "Stronger," the video for which appears above.
