LAQO Introduced a First-of-Its-Kind Digital Assistant for Fintech

As artificial intelligence becomes more capable, it's becoming better at handling complex requests, so much so that many major companies are introducing customer service chatbots. Croatian insurance firm LAQO is now introducing what it calls the first GPT-enabled digital assistant for the European fintech industry, and its ever-accessible AI chatbot provides conversational customer support for frequently asked questions.

The service bot will start off by answering questions about LAQO products, processes and administration, and at a later date, the AI-enabled processes are set to be extended to WhatsApp. "Implementing artificial intelligence was a very logical step for us at LAQO," says Ana Zovko, Head of LAQO, "In the following stages of development, our clients will be able to talk with the digital assistant about the details of customer processes, not just about the offers – just like you would do with any actual person."
