Hissho Sushi is Serving Up a New Crunchy Hatch Chile Chicken Sushi Roll

Hatch chili season is upon us and U.S. sushi distributor Hissho Sushi is celebrating with a new Crunchy Hatch Chile Chicken Sushi Roll.

Hissho Sushi recently teamed up with The Hatch Chile Co. to launch the very special Crunchy Hatch Chile Chicken Roll. This supersized roll starts with grilled chicken, cream cheese, and avocado, all wrapped up in a layer of nori and rice. The whole roll is then topped with a flavorful Southwestern-style salsa made from a blend of Hatch green chiles, corn, red onion, cilantro, and crispy fried onions. The entire roll is then finished with a drizzle of spicy mayo, sriracha, and Japanese BBQ sauce for a sweet and spicy kick.

The new Crunchy Hatch Chile Chicken Roll is available from 1,000 locations nationwide, including grocery stores, airports, and hospitals.
