Croissant Butter Ice Creams

NYC's Supermoon Bakehouse is Serving Up Croissant Butter Soft-Serve

New York City's Supermoon Bakehouse is already known for serving up colorful, super sweet Croissants, and now the company is taking the flaky pastry to the next level with the debut of Croissant Butter Soft-Serve.

Described as "a SWEET, SALTY, BUTTERY, ICY COLD F****** DREAM," Supermoon Bakehouse's new Croissant Butter Soft-Serve could not be better suited to summer. Just as the name suggests, the tasty treat combines house-made soft serve infused with what the bakery calls 'Croissant Butter.' But that's not all. The soft and creamy ice cream is then topped with crunchy, dehydrated croissant crumbs and a slice of the bakery's signature croissant, which has been twice baked with extra salt, butter, and sugar. To top it all off, the whimsical dessert comes in a color-changing cup and a spoon that changes color based on temperature.
