Crocs Apparel

From Feet To Body

Crocs, the clunky, plastic shoes that have gained popularity worldwide are branching out into apparel now. The new clothing, "Croslite RT" (relaxed technology) will be made from the same material as the shoes "to create a breathable, sweat and heat resistant yarn, promising a long life filled with UV exposure and sweat-inducing activity." The line will include tops, pants, skirts and shorts. Sales of the new Croc attire will start in October with men's and children's clothes, with hopes of expanding into women's wear in the future.

The clothes will be made from Croslite, the same material as the "brightly colored foamy clogs lauded for their comfort, anti-microbial properties and amphibious nature." It's this material that give Crocs "their light, durable, and breathable feel."

The first Crocslite RT items were displayed with the rest of the Crocs' Holiday '07 line in Las Vegas at MAGIC Marketplace this week.

Warning: If you're a die-hard fan of the beastly footwear, don't watch the video below. If, on the other hand, you're like me and believe that they are one of the most atrocious things to grace feet today, then please, by all means, sit back and enjoy.
