Alcoholic Ice Cream Treats

Cow Tipping Creamery is Blending Scotch and Ice Cream in Frozen Deserts

The summer heat often calls for a delicious frozen treat but Cow Tipping Creamery is taking their own take on the milkshake by including blended Scorch Whiskey. Featuring Monkey Shoulder Blended Scotch, these boozy desserts celebrate the Scotch's Speyside flavors and will only be available at the creamery's Austin location on International Scotch Whiskey Day. The Scotch used in the Cow Tipping Creamery concoctions is primarily a blend of three Scotches, including the Balvenie, Glenfiddich and Kininvie single malts.

The three deserts offered by Cow Tipping Creamery include the Orange Cream Dream, The Doc Is In, and the Whiskey A Go-Go Shake. Each of these recipes features both the whiskey and the ice cream prominently, but are not overly sweet or alcoholic.
