Buckingham Palace Launches the Coronation Gin with Windsor Raspberries

The Royal Collection Trust, which is a division of the Royal Household, has unveiled the 'Coronation Gin,' a raspberry-infused gin that uses raspberries grown at Windsor Castle. It has been described as the perfect drink to accompany the upcoming Coronation celebrations.

The gin features a fruity finish with hints of pink peppercorns, cassia bark, orange peel, and rose petal. To enjoy ‘Royal Windsor Pink Gin,’ the suggested serving is to pour 50ml of the gin over muddled raspberries in a martini glass and then add 100ml of pineapple juice. The gin comes in a beautiful glass bottle with floral motifs inspired by the castle.

‘Royal Windsor Pink Gin’ is priced at £38 and has an ABV of 38%, and will be launched on May 6.
