Cook Wear-Accommodating Cooktops

The Conceptual 'COOKACROSS' Adjusts According to Needs

Traditional cooktops feature four elements that are sometimes too small or large for the kind of cook wear you're looking to use, so the conceptual 'COOKACROSS' has been designed as an alternative. Created by the Zaviè Design Studio, the cooktop works by integrating a number of miniature gas outlets that will offer the exact level of heat required for the size of a specific piece of cook wear. This eliminates the occurrence of lost energy or too much to make cooking far more effective for chefs of all kinds.

The conceptual 'COOKACROSS' can be adjusted via the accompanying smartphone app and addresses the increased need for compact yet efficient cooking capabilities in kitchens that are increasingly getting smaller. The cooker is the winner of the Red Dot Design Concept Award for 2018.
