Fabric softener brand Comfort Intense is utilizing 3D visuals in the packaging design of its latest 'Luxurious' product to further embody the gilded scent. The packaging includes real golden particles that are printed using a specialized ink that allows the flecks to appear to be protruding off of the wrapper.

The wrapper of the 'Luxurious' scent is fashioned out of specially engineered metal inks that are printed on a flexo label that was put together by Sun Branding. The label has two different layers that allow the specks of gold to appear to be jumping out at the consumer as if 3D.

The Comfort Intense 'Luxurious' design showcases how 3D-printing technology can be utilized in the packaging industry to create a more immersive experience to entice consumers to select the product from an array of competitors.
