Simplified Cocktail Tools

The PANCH Cocktail Key Makes It Easy to DIY Classic Cocktails at Home

PANCH has unveiled its line of Cocktail Keys, which are fixed-ratio cocktail measures that make it easy to reproduce classic drinks at home. Developed by veteran bartender Calum Lawrie, the handy tool simplifies the production of any cocktail for the perfect taste each time.

The Cocktail Key is based on the five main building blocks that comprise the basis of any standard cocktail: sweet, sour, strong, weak and spice. The Cocktail Key simplifies these components with a tiered measuring cup design, which features a fixed ratio for each element. The user simply pours each component into the container according to the pre-determined order of sweet, sour, strong and weak -- with the option to add spice if desired. Once a user has mastered the simple steps of combining each component in the correct order, he or she can use the Cocktail Key to create customized signature cocktails.

PANCH is currently running a Kickstarter campaign to bring its cocktail measures to market in the near future.
