Supermodels Take it Off for 350.org and Global Warming

Last week on Oct 24, 2009, the International Day of Climate Action was recognized by 350.org and people in 181 countries, at over 5,200 events around the world. Supporters gathered to address the climate crisis issue and request strong action from our leaders.

The "350" signifies the safe number of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. According to climatologists, what’s been referred to as "global warming" has tipped us into 390ppm for Co2 in the atmosphere - which is too high.

To encourage interest, participation and encourage supporters to seek a major global shift in addressing the climate crisis, models were used to get the message out and share exactly how "hot" things are getting on the planet.
