Chotto Matte will be offering a range of new Nikkei cuisine (a fusion of Peruvian and Japanese dishes) including Wagyu Aburi, an A5 Japanese sirloin with foie gras and Chotto soy which will be flamed at the table, the Wagyu Beef Gyoza featuring Teriyaki veal jus with wasabi stem, and the O-Toro Aburi, a premium tuna belly with foie gras and lime soy flamed at the table. The prices are as follows: Wagyu Aburi with Sashimi (three pieces) for $75.00 or with Nigiri (three pieces) for $49.00; the Wagyu Beef Gyoza for $35.00; and the O-Toro Aburi with Sashimi (three pieces) for $75.00 or with Nigiri (three pieces) for $49.00.
