Zombie-Inspired Cuisine

Cannibal Chop and Brain Remains are on the Menu at UK Restaurant Chop Shop

British restaurant Chop Shop usually caters to the theater-going crowd in London's Haymarket district. This fall, however, Chop Shop is serving a meal fit for a zombie.

Chop Shop's fall pop-up menu is based on hit TV series The Walking Dead, whose spin-off, Fear the Walking Dead, recently debuted to a record-breaking audience. The zombie-inspired menu includes three courses and a drink, all with shiver-inducing names evoking gory images of blood and guts. The actual dishes, however, feature Chop Shop's renowned cuisine, fully cooked.

The menu begins with a Terminus Bloody Red Poison cocktail, continues with a five-wing appetizer (for the five seasons of The Walking Dead), offers pan-infested cannibal chop, fresh blood and crispy ear as its main course and finishes with lice cream topped with brain remains.
