PetMeds is Searching for its New Chief Barketing Officer

This National Pet Month, leading pet care company PetMeds is honoring furry friends in a unique way – by searching for a canine to fill their newly created C-suite position, Chief Barketing Officer. This unprecedented move makes PetMeds® one of the few publicly traded companies with a dog holding such a high-level position.

From now until May 21, 2023, PetMeds® is accepting submissions for its #petmedsCBO2023 contest via Instagram. The lucky canine will be chosen to replace Chief Marketing Officer Dan Pingree and will be responsible for personally conducting quality control through sniffing, chewing, and tasting the toys and treats sent to them each month. The chosen dog will enjoy a $10,000 salary and other perks such as an all-expenses-paid trip to Delray Beach, Fla., for a visit and fun video/photoshoot at PetMeds® headquarters, a one-year supply of popular PetMeds® products delivered in monthly VIP (Very Important Pet) gift boxes, one-year access to telehealth appointments with PetMeds®-affiliated veterinarians, and featured profiles and posts on PetMeds®’ website and social media.

Celebrate National Pet Month in style by nominating your lovable canine for this prestigious position, and get ready for them to join the ranks of top executives at PetMeds®
