David Roberts is a 31-year-old math teacher and is the brains behind the Chicken Hotel. Chickens are kept eight to a room in coops specially built by Roberts and they're are fed a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are also are free to roam the grounds until nightfall.
The Chicken Hotel is certainly bizarre, but business has been booming with Roberts reporting a full coop through the Christmas holiday.
