Budget Cosplayer Costumes

Lowcostcosplay Makes Intentionally Cheap Cosplay from Household Items

There are some cosplayers that invest a lot of time and money into their getups rather than buying a cheap cosplay but 'Lowcostcosplay' is not one of them.

In his spare time, Anucha "Cha" Saengchart gathers up ordinary items from around the house and fashions hilariously halfhearted cosplays from them. The cosplays just resemble the inspiration enough so that you can see what he was getting at, but without a reference picture, the efforts might be lost altogether.

Saengchart now has a Facebook page devoted entirely to his hilariously intentional low-budget cosplays. Some of his creations feature his head wrapped in a pointy blue towel to look like Jaws and a rather unconvincing costume for Frozen's Queen Elsa, fashioned from a few sheets (some to form an icy dress and a yellow one to mimic Elsa's blonde braid) and a bag of ice to accessorize.
