The Chanel Spring/Summer 2013 Collection is Tiered

The Chanel Spring/Summer 2013 line was presented at this year's Paris Fashion Week. Creative Director Karl Lagerfeld shocked viewers much as he has in the past with his display of imagination, always reworking past and present motifs with his forward thinking vision for the label.

While the classic Chanel tweed suit is present in the Spring/Summer 2013 collection, it has yet again been reinvented here by way of multiple layers. The tiers are further complimented by an assortment of tights, some of which are metallic and others clad in clusters of see-through flowers. The sheer oddity of the pieces is furthered by the heels that are attached to the bottom of the tights. It is in this way that the pieces appear to continue along the leg.
