The Cartridge Grill is Inspired by Video Games of Yesteryear

The Cartridge Grill is a conceptual BBQ that improves upon the design of the famous lean, mean grilling machine. The Cartridge Grill is designed to make grilling easier in both the cooking and cleaning departments. The grill was designed by Sangwon Jung for the 2011 Spark Awards.

The Cartridge Grill works similarly to a George Foreman in that it has a small size and removable plate used to cook food. Where this grill differs is that it can be used outdoors thanks to a rechargeable battery. The temperature of the grill can be adjusted and is displayed digitally on the bottom. The Cartridge Grill may not be big and bad enough for hardcore grillers, but it would be ideal for those looking to cook up some burgers or hot dogs without the extra burden that a massive grill brings.
