The Canoo Pickup Truck Generates Up to 600 Horsepower

The Canoo Pickup Truck has been unveiled by the California-based startup as a transportation solution that gives the ordinary vehicle design a much-needed efficiency overhaul. The vehicle comes with either dual or rear motor setups that are capable of generating up to 600 horsepower along with 550lbs-ft of torque. The pickup offers an array of modular components including fold-down workbenches, dividers, cargo areas and more.

The Canoo Pickup Truck also features a wide array of LED lighting along with onboard charging ports and an 1,800-pound payload capacity. Drivers can enjoy more than 200-miles of driving range per charge as well as many aftermarket camping solutions for staying comfortable when in the wilderness. The company will start taking preorders for the vehicle in Q2 of 2021 with deliveries set to commence in Q1 2023.
