Samsung's Can You Beat the Box is an Exclusive Digital Game

To promote its Galaxy Z Flip4 smartphone, Samsung teamed up with Camp to launch an augmented reality game called Can You Beat the Box. This interactive game is ready to be played at the Samsung Experience Store at the CF Toronto Eaton Center and it has players put on a protective suit, goggles and a white t-shirt. Within the gameplay area called The Box, players must take aim at balloons that appear on the screen of the smartphone in augmented reality. If players can successfully capture them all, they'll have beaten The Box. But if not, players will be blasted with colorful powder and left with an awesome, one-of-a-kind t-shirt to take home.

While there are many gamified experiences that challenge players' digital twins to complete tasks, this AR game stands out for the phygital elements it weaves into Can You Beat the Box.
