Cajun-Style Turkey Dishes

This Fast Food Restaurnt is Selling Thanksgiving-Ready Turkeys

With Thanksgiving only a few weeks away, 'Popeyes' has added a Cajun-style turkey to its menu. Although roasted turkey is the centerpiece of most Thanksgiving meals, the dish is extremely time-consuming to prepare. Popeyes is now offering a convenient solution for consumers who may not have time to cook a turkey themselves.

The Cajun-style turkey consists of a nine to 13 ounce bird that has been marinated with a tasty blend of Louisiana spices. The turkey is slow-roasted and then flash-fired to give the bird an extra crispy skin. Customers can order their turkey in advance and then pick it up at a scheduled time. Although the turkey must be heated before serving, there is no additional cooking time needed.

The Cajun-style turkeys are available at select Popeyes locations from now until Christmas.
