Buon Giorno Introduces New Healthcare Package for Its Employees

Buon Giorno, a Calgary-based restaurant founded over 30 years ago, has rolled out a new health, dental, and vision benefits package for its employees. Unlike other healthcare packages within the hospitality space, which tend to be reserved for full-time workers, Buon Giorno is offering its new benefits to all its employees who work more than 20 hours a week. '

The decision was made by Buon Giorno owner David Harrison, who wanted to provide his employees with additional support while creating an additional incentive for them to stay with the restaurant.

"You've got to do your best to make sure that you've got, you hope, the best people and the people that are going to be happy and provide good service and good experience for our guests every day," said Harrison.
