Bugatti 2009 Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Goes 360 km/h

After blowing minds with its beauty last August at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, Bugatti has officially put the exclusive 2009 Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport into production.

The $2 million (USD) car is being assembled at Bugatti’s high-tech assembly facility in Molsheim, France.

Bugatti has limited production on the 16.4 Grand Sport to 150 cars, however the first built was incidentally auctioned off for $2.9 million in Pebble Beach (same event) and the next 50 made have been reserved for registered Bugatti buyers.

With the hard top on, the car can reach up to 407km/h and with it off, it is said to hit around 360km/h.

The 2009 Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport has easily solidified its position as the fastest roadster on the planet.
