The Bracketron GreenZero charger is the Van Helsing of energy vampires. For those of you who don't know, an energy vampire is any device that is plugged into a wall outlet but not functioning. These devices drain the grid of valuable energy while sitting unused.
The Bracketron GreenZero charger is designed to stop this misuse of electricity. The charger is designed to cut off all power intake when it detects that your device is fully charged. The charger comes with one of two attachments: a 30-pin iDevice head or a micro-USB cord. Many designers have created conceptual chargers that stop the flow of power when a device is fully charged, but Bracketron's device is one of the first to hit the market.
