Pogo Stick-Inspired Stools

Box Clever Designed a Stool That Keeps You Active as You Sit

San Francisco-based design firm Box Clever created a stool that uses the shape and energy generated from jumping on a pogo stick as its inspiration.

Dubbed the HiLo stool, it is made to pivot at you sit in order to keep you from getting too relaxed as you work, while also making it fun to use. This means that you can stand or sit on the chair, allowing you to lean on it for support and comfort while also keeping active. In addition, Box Clever made sure that the stool was designed to function ideally in an unconventional work environment, down to its unique look to its incredible portability.

With a slim and lightweight structure, the stool can be easily picked up and carried with one hand -- making it great for adding more seating to tighter spaces and aid in utilizing a new place for impromptu meetings as well.
