The Boston Bruins Announce the 2022-23 Diversity and Inclusion Program

The Boston Bruins have announced that it is accepting applications for the 2022-23 Diversity and Inclusion Scouting Mentorship Program. The program focuses on mentoring and elevating students and individuals from underrepresented communities so that they can pursue a career in hockey in the future.

Individuals will be partnered with a mentor from the Bruins’ Hockey Operations Department. They will be expected to break down film, participate in virtual study sessions and workshops, and network in accordance with Bruins' mission to diversify the pool of future hockey players.

"With the creation of this mentorship program, we set out to encourage participation and help to create future leaders in the sport of hockey from more diverse backgrounds, and we are excited to continue that mission in the 2022-23 season," said Bruins General Manager Don Sweeney.
