Modern Climate-Safe Houses

The Bogavante House Was Built to Withstand All Types of Weather

Located in Paracas, Peru the new Bogavante House was originally made as temporary housing on the Natural Reserve -- overlooking beautiful views of the bay.

The particular climate conditions caused building issues that the design team easily solved by laying a solid base to serve as a barrier from strong winds. With a sturdy base, the team was able to create a beautiful modern structure with a unique and stylish interior as well as a sheltered private garden. Using cinderblock on the exterior, the home has a rustic yet contemporary style that gives the owners privacy while still offering large windows with stunning views.

Designed to relate to the desert landscape background, the Bogavante House opens up completely to the outdoors at the back for a luxurious indoor/outdoor floorplan.
