The Bloom Collection is Cast in Solid Resin Made from Peanuts and Soybeans

Invite a little nature into your home with the Bloom collection. A series of tables that are supported by tree trunks, this pieces are organically contemporary.

Designed by Tanja Hinder and Michael Thomas Host of MTH Woodworks, the Bloom collection was recently exhibited at IDS West in Vancouver, Canada. Interestingly, the designers explain that the tables are "cast in solid resin made from peanuts and soybeans" and feature bases that are "salvaged by Vancouver Island’s John Ross Design."
