The Biolite KettleCharge Saves Campers from Dead Batteries

The Biolite KettleCharge is sure to be found in the backpacks of all millennial campers. This gadget lets you charge an electronic device simply by heating water. To use the KettleCharge, all you need to do is fill it with water and put it on a stovetop. The heat from the water charges an included battery with a USB port. The energy can either be stored for later use or used on the spot.

The Biolite KettleCharge can create up to 10 watts of power using only water and heat. To make things easier, Biolite has included a display that tells you when the water is the right temperature and when you can start charging your device.
