Asian Fusion Condiments

Bibigo Mixes Sriracha with Mayonnaise, Barbecue Sauce and More

Inspired by the spicy Korean condiment gochujang, Bibigo launched a set of new hot sauces to complement its original Gochujang Hot & Sweet Sauce. While sriracha is a main ingredient in these new Korean-inspired sauces, it is mixed with all-American staples like barbecue sauce and mayonnaise. On this note, Nayoung Shin, the head of marketing at CJ Foods remarks: "Our latest sauces deliver the east-meets-west flavor profiles that consumers crave."

These sweet, savory and spicy sauces reinvent the age-old Korean sauce recipe, as well as add something new to familiar products in the condiment category. Each sauce comes in a squeeze-top bottle that is ideal for both storage and serving.

Bibigo suggests that the products could be used as sauces and dips for everything from ribs to fried rice or macaroni and cheese.
