Hansel Gonzalez's Between Words Series is Inspired by Classic Literature

The Between Words series is a stunning example of melding the art of paper and photography together. Essentially, insanely intricate and clever scenes were created with paper materials and then photographed beautifully. The photos were converted into hardcover book covers and playfully captured in a portrait photo series.

Put together by the uber talented Venezuela-based artist Hansel González, the Between Words series shows not only her immense skill with scissors and cameras, it also illustrates a limitless imagination and creativity.

What I particularly like about the Between Words series, however, is the fact that it is inspired by popular classic literature such as 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea by Jules Verne and War of the Worlds by H.G. Wells, which you can probably see now.
