The Beltline Bike Shop in Atlanta is an incentive-based community service program for inner city youth. By participating in the community service program, the kids earn a new bike.

Participating in the program with the kids is a neighbor who acts as a mentor. The community service program has been successful in its aims to strengthen the community and provide an healthy activity for children who don't have bikes of their own.

According to Beltline's website, the Bike Shop has so far seen 203 bikes earned, 2,255 bikes repaired, and 830 bags of trash collected through the program.
