Drunk Drawing Advertisements

The 'Be The Artist, Not The Canvas' Ad Pokes Fun at Drunks

DDB Auckland has created an ad advising you to drink responsibility or end up at the mercy of some unforgiving friends in this "Be The Artist, Not The Canvas" PSA.

Endorsed by Steinlager, the slogan for the ad is "Drink Responsibly" in order to avoid being drawn on with some hilariously creative sketches, like one featuring a flowery bra drawn on a man with the words, "Thug Life" written underneath across his abdomen. In another, a man is drawn with a flabbergasted, buck-toothed face on top of his bald head, with another showing two passed out friends with the words, "zzz" drawn from the side of one's head to another.

While the "Be The Artist, Not The Canvas" ad pokes fun at the fully inebriated state of those who have passed out in unfortunate circumstances, the ad is a timely reminder to remain sober if you're to avoid the dreaded black marker.
