Self-Serve Chicken Wing Bars

B-Dubs Express Features a Wing Sauce Wall and Self-serve Beer

In an effort to cater to changing dining preferences, Buffalo Wild Wings has opened a new concept restaurant called B-Dubs Express with a gigantic sauce wall. While the food will be the same, the new restaurant gives consumers a whole new way to enjoy beer and chicken wings.

Recently opened in Minneapolis, Minnesota, B-Dubs Express is a fresh new take on Buffalo Wild Wings famous wings and sauces. Instead of table service, customers order and receive wings at a counter and then head over to an enormous sauce wall to coat their chicken wings in the sauce of their choosing. There are more than a dozen sauces to choose from, including bold flavors such as Caribbean Jerk and Bourbon Honey Mustard. After coating their wings, customers can then head over to the 20-tap self-serve beer wall and poor themselves a pint, a margarita, or even a glass of the house cocktail Buffalo Zoo.

With consumers looking for more unique dining experiences, the new concept restaurant allows Buffalo Wild Wings to experiment with its format.
