The Baby Ruth Milkshake is a new creation exclusively for baseball fans to try out this season when taking in a game at Yankee Stadium. The milkshake features a premium blend of chocolate ice cream along with chocolate sprinkles, a caramel drizzle, whipped cream and a Baby Ruth bar on top. The milkshake is an exclusive for Yankee Stadium fans to try out, and can be purchased from the shake stands located in sections 112, 125 and 324 through the end of the 2023 baseball season.

Vice President, Marketing for Baby Ruth and Butterfinger Neal Finkler spoke on the partnership with the New York Yankees and the Baby Ruth Milkshake saying, "We are incredibly excited to partner with the New York Yankees to bring Baby Ruth to one of the most iconic teams in Major League Baseball. Just like the Yankees, Baby Ruth has been a fan favorite for over 100 years. We look forward to bringing Yankees fans a taste experience and a whole new way to enjoy peanuts during each home game."
