Musical Political Debate Parodies

Auto-Tuned US Presidential Debate is Hilarious and Entertaining

Auto-Tune the News is one of the funniest YouTube channels out there, so it was just a short matter of time before the group made the Auto-Tuned US Presidential Debate. One thing is for sure, "debates are better as musicals," according to the site.

It's amazing how Romney and Obama are so good at harmonizing despite their differences on just about every issue. Certain phrases are turned into hooks, like "broaden the base," which doubles as "bass."

Maybe if all the debates had to be sung, more people would find them entertaining. Either that, or it would be a Glee spin-off series. More and more comedy is being based on politics these days. Between Saturday Night Live, the Daily Show, the Colbert Report, and Auto-Tune the News, there is no need to watch the real news -- you can just watch the funnier version after.
