Aurora by Leonardo Criolani is Inspired by Next Generation Aircrafts

Sleek and futuristic with a strong focus on sharp lines, Aurora by Leonardo Criolani, an industrial designer based in Aurora by Leonardo Criolani, is a striking light fixture. It shouldn't come as a surprise that its contemporary form is inspired by aircraft aerodynamics. Striking a balance between form and lines, it is a static object that appears to be in constant motion. This is due in large part to the effects of light as well.

Made out of metal, Aurora by Leonardo Criolani is available in two colors: black or white. Yanko Design reports, "A sculptural ornament during the day, the design comes alive at night with soothing hues of cyan and blue that mimic a natural aurora phenomenon." It is this nature-influenced feature that gave the Aurora lamp its name.
