Lighted Nightstands

Lifegoods Presents At-At Walker at IMM Cologne

The At-At Walker is a lighting design by Lifegoods which is now on display at the [D3] Design Talents show at IMM Cologne. The design looks like a nightstand, but the drawer reveals a light when it is pulled out.

The design is cool and a little creepy at the same time. Seeing a glowing drawer in a bedroom at night would be more likely to inspire a Poltergeist-style nightmare than a ‘oh, cool design’ reaction. Anyway, it’s cool, as is all of the other stuff from Lifegoods.
