'Ash is Ok' Ashtray Flowerpot

Trend Hunter has featured numerous anti-smoking campaigns and designs, so I decided to be inclusive and give smokers a break this time.

Ultra hip designers Greece is For Lovers combine two favorite Greek pastimes, smoking and plant-keeping, in their unusual "Ash is Ok" design.

Ash is Ok is a ceramic ashtray-flowerpot that separates the cigarette butts from ash. The ashes go down through the holes into the soil of the plant. The designers ensure you to, "Feel free, the plant can take it."

I guess having an ashtray with a green plant is better than just having an ashtray, as the plant helps offset the pollution. I just hope you are not a heavy smoker, because I am not so confident that the plant can 'take' a pack a day.
