Transparent Ultra-Long Shoehorns

Kairi Eguchi Designs the ALIGN LINE Shoehorn for Takeda Design

Kairi Eguchi was tapped to design the new and unique ALIGN LINE shoehorn, which boasts a transparent design language. It was created for Takeda Design Project and at a first glance, it looks to be half silver and half lear in the form of a long rod that looks as if it is 'disappearing.'

The smooth design has a polished look and measures at about 700mm tall with a cylindrical handle at the bottom with a curved tip. Due to the height of the design, users do not need to bend down and can simply slip the shoehorn between the foot and the shoe while standing up. The other part of the design is the holder which mirrors the look of the shoehorn itself.
