The aircraft was created by Condor Aviation and it is a single-seat racing aircraft. White Lighting is powered by an electric motor that can bring the aircraft to speeds of 300 mph. The aircraft was designed to complete sharp turns for a race that takes place approximately 30 feet above the ground.

Air Race E will begin in 2020, and it will continue to finalize its logistics. Eight teams are scheduled to compete in the first race, which will take place within a few days.
