Instagram Plans to Incorporate its Own AI Chatbots in the App

Instagram may be the latest to leverage the AI chatbot features as Alessandro Paluzzi, its Reverse Engineer claims that the platform is working on the technology. The chatbot will be able to answer users' questions and even provide advice as well.

Additionally, the platform will have about 30 personalities to select from, giving users the option to choose who they are speaking to. Some assistance of the chatbot will be providing help with writing messages or bringing the chatbot into an ongoing conversation simply by @-mentioning it. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg also alluded back in February that the company had a team that was working on AI personas for the platforms of Messenger, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
