The A.G House in Italy Looks Out onto the Valtellina Alps

Rocco Borromini design firm created the A.G House, a loft-style home on the side of the Valtellina Alps in Italy.

The space has oversized windows that allow natural light to flood into each room while offering expansive views of the surroundings. Leaving the beams exposed, using harsh concrete and adding a lofted master bedroom upstairs, the firm created home with a unique and modern style. The exterior resembles a classic cabin, with wood beams and hand-placed stonework that is all locally sourced. By using a clean and bright theme throughout, the space is formally inspired by local architecture, as well as traditional material reuse.

The A.G House is a comfortable family home that offers a luxurious living style at an affordable price.
