Private Park High Rises

The Acadia Tree Tower is Designed With Nature in Mind

Czech architect Peter Pospisil has designed a high rise designed to give the best of both the city and the suburbs. The Acadia Tree Tower is a three-legged high rise with vertical gardens and a rooftop park.

The Acadia Tree Tower would be a mixed-use building comprised of apartments, conference halls, restaurants and offices. The three-legged design is unique and is necessary to support the massive rooftop park, which is the Acadia Tree Tower’s main attraction.

The rooftop park has the requisite grass and trees but also features two helipads and a few swimming pools. I am not a huge fan of condos, but I would definitely not mind shacking up in the Acadia Tree Tower. It's got its own rooftop park -- what’s not to love?
